Referral Reward terms

1. About us

We are Eden Conveyancing Ltd, a law firm offering conveyancing services in England and Wales. Our registered office is at Unit 7.19, Paintworks, Bath Road, Bristol, England, BS4 3EA. Our company number is 13396993, and our VAT number is 387746829. Our Head of Legal Practice is Samantha Strong, and our Head of Finance and Administration is Annie Jenkins.

The Council of Licensed Conveyancers (CLC) have authorised Eden to provide conveyancing services in England and Wales. Our CLC licence number is 14232. As part of our licence from the CLC, we’re also authorised to issue or arrange indemnity policies. This is under delegated authorisation from the Financial Conduct Authority.

We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office, our number for which is ZB282646.

2. Referral rewards

Client referral rewards are offers we provide to our clients from time to time. We may change the terms of our referral rewards at any time.
You can share your referral code with anyone who is not already an Eden client that needs conveyancing services for the sale or purchase of a residential property in England or Wales (a “referral”).

We will provide a 10% discount to the referral on their conveyancing fees. If the referral instructs Eden for conveyancing services, we will provide you with a £50 voucher.

You’ll only receive a £50 voucher on the first instruction from a new client. You won’t be eligible for a referral reward for any subsequent transactions from the referral.

3. Restrictions

Only one referral code can be used on each transaction or linked transactions, such as a sale and purchase. Referral codes cannot be combined with other offers or discounts, and only apply to quotes requested directly from Eden via the phone or our website.

You can share your referral code as many times as you like, including on social media and other online platforms. There is no limit to the number of vouchers you can receive from successful referrals.

There are some types of transaction that we cannot act on, and we make no guarantees that we can act for a person you refer to us. If someone you refer to us becomes an Eden client, we won’t be able to share any details about their transaction with you.

We reserve the right to disable your referral code or change the referral rewards terms if you do anything we’ve asked you not to do, or for any other reason.

Your referral code is provided directly to you, and it can’t be shared or transferred to another party. You are responsible for declaring any taxable income that arises to the relevant authorities and paying any taxes owed.

4. Changes

The version of these referral rewards terms is v2023.8. If we make a change to these terms, we’ll tell you in writing.

Our referral reward terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
