With MyEden, you'll have complete visibility and control. Our intuitive dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of all your active cases, allowing you to quickly assess their status and prioritise your workload.
3. Have your own team of property lawyers
You’ll have a dedicated team of property lawyers who will manage every client you send our way.
We don’t use paralegals or assistants, our property lawyers manage your case from start to finish to ensure your clients get the most seamless experience possible.
This hands-on approach allows us to maintain the highest standards of service and expertise. Our experienced lawyers are well-versed in all aspects of property law, ensuring that your clients receive expert support throughout the entire process.
4. Get rewarded for every referral
Your partnership means a lot to us, and we’re grateful for every referral.
That’s why you can earn up to £300 for each referral, paid within 7 days of completion on each case. And if your client is both a buyer and a seller, you can earn double commission.

Signing up as a referral partner is as easy as 1, 2, 3…
1. Fill out your details to get issued a copy of our referral agreement.
2.Read through our referral agreement, sign it electronically, and become a trusted partner.
3. Start referring clients and earn commission for each completed transaction.
Frequently asked questions
Does Eden support work on all types of property transactions?
We can do a lot, but sometimes we may not be able to work for one of your clients. If that is the case, we’ll let them and you know as soon as possible. These are examples of when we might not be able to act for your client:
- Properties affected by the Building Safety Act
- Shared ownership or shared equity properties
- Unregistered properties
- New build properties
- Limited company purchases
- Non-UK residents
- Acting for clients exercising Power of Attorney

How quickly will you get paid your commission?
Your commission is processed once your client’s case is completed. As soon as we complete a transaction for someone you’ve referred to Eden, we’ll promptly issue your well-deserved commission payment within 7 days.
What mortgage panels are we on?
We’re on the panel for 70+ mortgage lenders for buying and selling. You can look at our panel list here. If there is a specific lender not on the list yet, rest assured that we’re constantly working on expanding the lenders we work with.
